  Very disappointed. They were disorganized and our case drug on much longer than we were told. Getting an update from them was next to impossible and they did not follow up with the court so our case sat in limbo for months!! Felt like after we paid for their assistance we got very little cooperation from them. Would not recommend.

  A group of my co-workers and I met with Zach Kemp regarding an employment situation. Zach went out of his way to be accomodating to us and even met with us on a weekend. He could not have been more patient and understanding. His thoroughness (even though this was a free consultation) was far and above what we could have expected under the circumstances. I would highly recommend Zach and will be referring friends and colleagues in need of legal assistance to Zach without question.

  We highly recommend the Kemp Law Firm. After having an attorney cancel 3 appointments on short notice I was able to talk with Zachary Kemp. He worked hard on our case and won an appeal in December. This will change the attitude of those in mental health who think that they don't owe a duty of care to parents injured by gross mental health practices to vulnerable young persons. Zach took time to answer questions and discuss legal terminology. We have recommended him to friends and to those who have been falsely accused. Only one other state, Wisconsin, has stood up to mental health with a ruling like this. It's about time the courts started calling the bluff and arrogance in mental health. Thanks Zach for your hard work and perseverance. This will help a lot of people.
